Air freight typically takes 3–5 business days from the time your package arrives at our Miami warehouse. Sea freight takes approximately 7–14 business days depending on the destination parish. You will receive tracking updates throughout the entire process so you always know where your package is.

Shipping rates are calculated based on the weight and dimensions of your package. Air freight is priced per pound while sea freight is priced per cubic foot. Customs duties are estimated using Jamaican customs tariff rates and we provide upfront duty calculations so there are no surprises. You can upload your purchase invoices through your iIcon account for accurate duty estimates.

Once your package arrives at our Miami warehouse you will receive a tracking number that lets you monitor your shipment in real time through your iIcon account.
